Full-Time
San Francisco, US

About Hosted.ai

‍
Hosted.ai is the GPU Commerce Platform: cloud software for GPU owners, and the demand to fill it. We license our platform to neoclouds, data centers and GPU owners, then bring them paying demand on top of it. The result: more revenue per GPU, faster time to revenue on new capacity, and a software layer that turns hardware into a cloud business.

The Role

We are hiring a Director, Enterprise Sales to own and close $1M+ ARR software deals with neoclouds and GPU owners across the Western US. You will also take global opportunities on a round-robin basis.

This is a quota-carrying role for someone who already speaks the language of neocloud executives. Our deals move fast, typically two weeks to two months from first meeting to signature, so you will run a high-tempo cycle with real dollars on every deal.

  • Location: San Francisco Bay Area
  • Territory: Western US, plus round-robin global deals
  • Deal profile: $1M+ ARR, 2 week to 2 month sales cycle
  • Customers: Neoclouds, GPU owners and data center operators
  • Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle with neocloud and GPU owner executives, from first meeting through signed contract.
  • Close $1M+ ARR software deals on a two week to two month cycle.
  • Build and work a pipeline across the Western US, and run global opportunities assigned through round robin.
  • Sell to the C-suite: CEOs, CFOs, CTOs and heads of infrastructure who are deciding how to turn GPU capacity into revenue.
  • Lead discovery on a prospect's fleet, data center footprint and business model, and shape a deal that fits.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering on technical validation and with Account Management on a clean handoff after close.
  • Keep the CRM accurate and forecast with discipline.
  • Bring market intelligence back to leadership on what neoclouds need, what competitors are pitching and where the market is moving.

What You Bring

  • A track record selling to neocloud executives, with relationships you can put to work on day one.
  • Working knowledge of data centers: power, cooling, colocation, capacity planning and how GPU fleets come online.
  • A strong grasp of GPU hardware and the role software plays in turning that hardware into revenue.
  • Experience closing seven-figure enterprise software deals as an individual contributor.
  • Comfort running fast cycles: you can qualify hard, move a deal from first call to contract in weeks, and walk away from the ones that won't close.
  • Credibility in the room with technical and financial buyers alike.
  • Based in the SF Bay Area, with the ability to travel to customer sites and industry events.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience at a neocloud, GPU cloud, colocation provider or infrastructure software company.
  • Familiarity with how GPU capacity is financed and contracted, including reserved capacity and offtake agreements.
  • Experience at an early-stage company where you helped shape the sales motion.

Why Join Us?

  • Sell into the fastest-growing segment of AI infrastructure, where every new GPU fleet needs a path to revenue.
  • Big deals, short cycles: $1M+ ARR closed in weeks, not quarters.
  • Work directly with the founding leadership team and help build the enterprise sales function.
  • A product that pairs software with the demand to fill it, so you walk into every meeting with a revenue story, not just a feature list.
